Privacy Policy

Last updated 21 October 2026. This policy explains what VEXTRA collects when you use the iPhone app or vextratrade.io, why, and what you can do about it. Questions or requests: [email protected].

The short version

VEXTRA is non-custodial: it never holds your funds or private keys. It keeps only what its features need, linked to your sign-in account rather than your name. There are no ads, no analytics or tracking tools, and your data is never sold.

Sign-in and your wallet

Signing in with email or Apple is handled by Privy, which creates and secures your VEXTRA wallet (one Solana and one EVM address). Privy processes your email address or Apple ID under its own privacy policy; VEXTRA's server receives only your Privy user ID and never your private keys. If you connect an external wallet instead, VEXTRA uses only its public address.

What VEXTRA's server stores

Linked to your Privy user ID: your VEXTRA wallet addresses; price alerts; the push notification token of each device you enable pushes on; your watchlist and whale alert settings; the Smart Money wallets you follow; your automation rules and their history (Robinhood TP/SL and limit orders, copy trading, DCA plans and AutoTrade bots, with their amounts, results and transaction IDs); and which version of the Terms of use you accepted, when and from which app. The server doesn't store your email address.

Stored only on your device

Your trade settings, trade history and PnL, and which terms version you accepted on this device are kept on your iPhone or in your browser, and aren't sent to VEXTRA.

Public blockchain data

Wallet addresses, balances and transactions are public on Solana and Robinhood Chain. VEXTRA reads them to show your portfolio and history. Nothing that happens on a blockchain can be changed or deleted, by VEXTRA or anyone else.

Third parties

VEXTRA relies on: Privy (sign-in and wallets); Apple (Sign in with Apple and push notifications); Reown (WalletConnect, only for external wallets on iPhone); DexScreener, GeckoTerminal and Jupiter (market data and prices); Jupiter and KyberSwap (trade routing, which receives the token, amount and your wallet address to build a quote or transaction); public Solana and Robinhood Chain RPC nodes and explorers (balances and transactions for your address); Cloudflare (the network in front of VEXTRA's servers, which sees your IP address); and the server provider that hosts VEXTRA. Each handles data under its own policy.

Logs

VEXTRA's servers keep technical logs, such as request paths, timings and errors, to keep the service running and secure.

How long it's kept

Server data stays until you remove it (an alert, a rule, a followed wallet) or delete your account. Automation history is kept with its rule.

Delete your account

In the app or on vextratrade.io, go to More > Delete account. This deletes everything VEXTRA's server stores about you and your Privy sign-in account. Move your funds out first: after deletion you can no longer open the wallet. Transactions already on a blockchain stay there. A pending reset of a Robinhood Chain token approval keeps the wallet address and token until the reset runs.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion at [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.

Children

VEXTRA is for people aged 18 and over and doesn't knowingly collect data from children.
