Questions about VEXTRA on iPhone or the web.

I lost access to my account

Your VEXTRA wallet belongs to the email address or Apple ID you signed in with. Sign in again with the same method on iPhone or vextratrade.io and the same wallet opens. VEXTRA never holds your keys, so it can't move or recover funds for you. If you can no longer reach that email address or Apple ID, write to us from an address you can prove is linked to the account, and we'll tell you what's possible.

My trade failed

A failed trade doesn't spend your tokens, only a small network fee. The usual causes: the price moved past your slippage limit (try a higher profile, P2 or P3, for new tokens), not enough SOL or ETH left for fees, or a route that stopped working. You can look the transaction up on Solscan (Solana) or Blockscout (Robinhood Chain). If it keeps failing, email us the token, the network and the time of the trade. See also Docs › Trading.

An automated order didn't fill

TP/SL, limit buys, copies, DCA and bots execute at market and aren't guaranteed in fast moves or when a network is congested. Your rules and their history are in the app. See Docs › Automation.

How do I delete my account?

On iPhone or vextratrade.io, go to More › Delete account. Move your funds out first (or export your keys on vextratrade.io): after deletion you can't sign in to that wallet again. Deleting removes your alerts, push tokens, watchlist, followed wallets, automation rules and your sign-in account. You can also email us to ask for deletion. Details in the Privacy Policy.

VEXTRA never asks for your private key or a seed phrase. Anyone who does is not VEXTRA.
